2. Broadcast Access Fee

  • A one-time fee of ₹3000 is charged for accessing the Broadcast Service.
  • This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Upon payment, the full ₹3000 is credited to your internal wallet.

3. Wallet System

  • The ₹3000 fee is converted into wallet credits within the platform.
  • Wallet balance can only be used to unlock manufacturer contacts.
  • Wallet credits:
    • Cannot be withdrawn or transferred
    • Cannot be converted into cash
    • Must be used within the platform only

4. Contact Unlock System

  • Manufacturer contacts are not shared directly.
  • Each supplier/brand contact requires a small unlock fee, deducted from your wallet.
  • Users have complete flexibility:
    • Unlock only the suppliers relevant to their business
    • No obligation to unlock all contacts

5. Nature of Information Provided

  • All manufacturers shared are carefully verified through internal processes.
  • Information provided may include:
    • Pricing (indicative)
    • MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
    • Product categories
    • Business terms

However:

  • We do not guarantee accuracy at all times, as supplier details may change.
  • Users are advised to perform their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

6. No Middleman Involvement

  • Once a contact is unlocked, users connect directly with manufacturers.
  • We do not act as an intermediary in any deal, negotiation, or transaction.

7. User Responsibility

By using this service, you agree that:

  • All business dealings are conducted at your own discretion
  • You are solely responsible for:
    • Negotiation
    • Payments
    • Quality checks
    • Delivery and logistics
  • We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from your transactions

8. No Guarantee of Results

  • Business success depends on:

We do not guarantee sales, profits, or business success.

9. Refund Policy

  • The Broadcast Access fee is strictly non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Unused wallet balance
    • Partial usage

10. Misuse of Service

  • Share or resell manufacturer contacts
  • Misrepresent themselves to suppliers
  • Use the platform for illegal or unethical activities

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Permanent suspension without refund

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content shared (lists, insights, data, materials) is proprietary.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the service.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update terms at any time without prior notice

Continued use of the service implies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

14. Termination

No refund will be issued in such cases.
